For a number of years and now we have worked with one major local university, Cheboksary

This cooperation was geared towards adjusting the course of university studies and orientation onto market conditions in order to build a foundation of skilled IT human resources ready to start their careers at VIPNET upon graduation.

In 2004 Cheboksary University and VIPNET for the second time in Russia issued official state certificates of rising of qualification to the students of IT departments. The result of this program is the team of 9 high-level engineers ready to participate in VIAPNET projects.

Another direction of collaboration with top schools and university of Cheboksary is various research projects. VIPNET established research labs in both university to offer intellectual and effective solutions to its customers.

In 2004 VIPNET completed the research project in the area of build process optimization. The results allowed to create the infrastructure upgrade wireless communication with minimum investments and good increase in speed of builds.

In 2005 certificates on end of training on educational program VIPNET have received 11 graduates Cheboksary University.
